Reva’s Background
Reva is an active 82 year old with a sharp eye for style and a lifelong passion for animals. While living in San Francisco and Los Angeles, she spent her career free-lancing as a fashion stylist and publicist and producing fashion shows.
Over the past 20 years, her focus gradually shifted toward animal rescue. She volunteered with multiple animal rescue organizations, fostered dozens of dogs and adopted eleven of her own.
What She’s Up to Now
Reva now lives in the Palm Springs area, where she supplements her income as a highly experienced pet sitter. Depending on a client’s needs, she either stays overnight in a dog or cat’s home or makes scheduled visits to feed and walk them. She also welcomes small dogs into her own home for care.
What Keeps Her Active
Reva attributes her vitality to her diet and to her physically and socially active lifestyle. Over the past 20 years, she has followed a vegan diet and exercises regularly by walking dogs, hiking and taking Zumba classes. She is engaged in her community through volunteer work and keeps in touch with friends and family, near and far.
